The bottom line is the Northeast’s forecast is predicting some nice snow through the next few days. With the jet stream dipping far south all across the East Coast bringing colder temperatures and some moderate precipitation, it should make for a quality weekend of skiing all over New England.
However, the western states appear to be setting up for a bit of a dry spell as the jet stream pushes north and brings warm dry temperatures to the entire region extending well into next week. This is not all bad though as many of these states have just been hammered with tons of snow and some bluebird days for the snowpack to setup are much needed.
