Loveland ski area in Colorado was planning on getting open this week.
Mother Nature had other plans…
Nearby Arapahoe Basin, CO was able to open last Friday and is currently open daily.
The current forecast is no good for snowmaking.
At this point, Loveland is not planning on opening this week.
There are two ski resorts open in North America this week: Arapahoe Basin, CO & Killington, VT.
