Mammoth Mountain, CA Acquires Bear Mountain, CA and Snow Summit, CA for $38 Million:

The acquisition has been in the rumor mill for quite some time now for Mammoth locals, but now it’s official.  Mammoth has signed agreements to take over Bear Mountain and Snow Summit bringing the total up to 4 California Resorts for the cost of $38 million.

Mammoth’s CEO Rusty Gregory has stated we can expect big news in the upcoming months about development and expansion for the resorts.

The MOST important news? Mammoth MVP pass holders have all been upgraded to the Cali4nia Pass! And if you are already a Bear/Summit pass holder, you can upgrade to the Cali4nia Pass by paying the difference. The pass goes on sale Sep. 27th for $689 for a limited time.

This is exciting news for Southern and Central California and certain to get everyone excited for the upcoming 2014/2015 season.
