This guy looks to have skied 112,838-vertical-feet in one day at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, WY.
He lapped Crags off the Teton Quad Chair 67-times to achieve this 7.5-hours non-stop feat. That’s over 15,000-feet and nine chair rides every hour.
The Teton lift, installed in 2015, has a ride time of approximately four minutes, and a vertical rise of 1,722-feet. Assuming no lift lines, and no stoppages, that’s 268-minutes, or almost 4.5-hours riding the chair.
Which leaves 3-hours for skiing, about 2m40secs per run. Seems doable, right?
