Winter Park, CO, Announces Mary Jane to Open Friday, December 2nd

Winter Park Resort, CO, announced yesterday that it will be opening Mary Jane on Friday, December 2nd.

Three lifts will be running—Super Gauge, Iron Horse, and Galloping Goose—serving at least 75 acres of terrain in the Mary Jane territory. Specific trails have not been announced but patrol, lifts, and grooming are working to get as much open as possible.

Today, Thursday, will see the High Lonesome lift open offering access to HiLo Trail, Hobo Alley, Lonesome Whistle, Switchyard, Whistlestop, and more of Village Way. Upper Cranmer will also open.

Winter Park has seen 65″ of snow this season and has a 27″ base. The forecast shows a further foot of snow over the next week or so.
