Monarch Mountain, one of Colorado’s oldest ski resorts, is a hidden gem that most people in the United States probably haven’t heard about. Yet. Nestled at the top of Monarch Pass near Salida, CO, it is next to some of the most incredible mountains Colorado has to offer. It provides incredible 100% natural snow (no snowmaking here), a wide array of terrain suited for any skier, and a genuine ski experience for soul skiing like skiing should be.

Their season passes are available right now… but maybe not for long. A social post by the resort yesterday revealed that they only have 80 Monarch only passes left.

Monarch Mountain is all fun and no froth. If you are looking for an authentic ski trip that won’t break the bank and still deliver on snow and terrain, look no further than Monarch Mountain. Since going there a few years ago, and returning a happy customer, Monarch still has the magic that the best parts of skiing have to offer. If you buy now, the pass will pay for itself after less than a week of skiing and costs less than two-days at some other Colorado resorts. No brainer…

Monarch Mountain guarantees to be open for skiing/snowboarding for (at least) 90 days in the 2020-21 season. If we are unable to be open for 90 days in 2020-21, we will refund the equivalent prorated amount of the purchase price of your pass regardless of the number of days you used it. For example, if we are able to be open for only 60 days in 2020-21 due to the pandemic, you will be refunded 1/3 of the price you paid for your pass, whether you used it all 60 days, only some days or no days. Days open may or may not be consecutive. You can keep your pass to use at our partner resorts. (Monarch cannot guarantee the status of our partner resorts).
