Mt Ashland Ski Area, OR closed for the season on Sunday, April 22nd, 2018. This season started off slow and didn’t get much better. Despite that, the resort made the most of the 166″ of snowfall that they received all season by opening for 46 days throughout the 2017-18 season.
According to the Mail Tribune, the resort received 23,457 skier visits in March 2018, which is nearly double the 13,471 visits that they recorded in March 2017. This is insanely impressive, considering the fact that the 2016-17 season was a banner season for the resort and that they were open for 90 days.
