It’s official, Mt Rose Ski Tahoe, NV will be open on Friday & Saturday. The resort announced today that it will run the wizard lift from 8:00am to 12:00pm on October 27th & 28th. They will be the first resort to open in Nevada this season.

Operating Days:

  • Friday October 27th
  • Saturday October 28th

Lifts Open:

  • Wizard Lift

Ticket Prices:

  • Adults: $20 (16+)
  • Children: $10 (15 & under)

Operating Hours:

  • 8:00am – 12:00pm

Runs:

  • One Beginner Trail Will Be Open

Come join us for some October morning turns on Wizard Lift 8:00am-12:00pm on Friday and Saturday! One beginner trail will be open and costumes are encouraged. Lodgepole Cafe and Timber’s Bar will be open with a limited lunch menu and beverages at 10am. Hang out on the deck in the sunshine and get excited for the 2017-2018 winter season. Lift tickets will be available at the Main Lodge.

  1. You said “They will be the first resort to open in California this season.” While Mt Rose is located in the Sierra Nevada, they are in Nevada, not California.
