Iggy-Azalea

At the age of 16, Iggy Azalea went on holiday to Miami from her native Australia, once there she decided she wasn’t going home, and was going to pursue a rap career. In the seven years since, Iggy has seen a vast amount of success, and will be releasing her first full length album in April of this year. She has a unique style, and has worked with artists such as Diplo, T.I., and Charli XCX. With provocative lyrics, and smooth flow and delivery, Iggy Azalea is changing the game in Hip-Hop.

Iggy Azalea first started garnering attention after her controversial songs “Pussy” and “Two Times” went viral on Youtube. From there she released her first full-length mix tape, Ignorant Art in 2011, “with the intent to make people question and redefine old ideals”. In 2012 she became the first female, non-American to be featured on XXL magazine’s annual “Top 10 Freshman” cover. In April of this year, Iggy will be releasing her first full length album The New Classic, and with some of the singles already released, it promises to be a good one.
