NOAA has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Utah for tonight and tomorrow that is calling for 6-12″ of snow.
This includes Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton and more.
Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible. - NOAA SLC, UT today
Also, Alta’s new Supreme chair will open for the first time tomorrow.

TONIGHT TO 4 PM MST SATURDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12
inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible.
* WHERE...The Wasatch and Western Uinta Mountains.
* WHEN...Snow will develop late this evening, then continue
overnight through much of Saturday before tapering off late.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for winter driving conditions
including snow packed roads and reduced visibilities. Travel
through Logan, Sardine, and Parleys Canyons will be impacted
as well as other mountain routes.
