The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories for Oregon. They are in effect from Today through early Friday Morning. A potent winter storm is forecasted to move in, which has the potential to drop significant snowfall on the area.

Snow levels will be near 3000 feet through the heaviest period of precipitation late tonight through midday Thursday and fall sharply to near 1000 feet behind a cold front as precipitation tapers off early Friday.
