NOAA has issued Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories in many locations across Washington, Idaho, and Montana today.

Mt. Baker ski area, WA had already seen 9″ of snow at 8am this morning.

In Washington, NOAA is calling for snowfall totals up to 22″ today.

Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches with localized amounts up to

In Idaho, NOAA is calling for snowfall totals up to 8″ today and tomorrow.

Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with local mountain accumulations 
6 to 8 inches, are expected. - NOAA Spokane, WA tody

In Montana, NOAA is calling for snowfall totals up to 6″ today and tomorrow.

Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches, with localized amounts up to 6 inches

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
7 AM PST WEDNESDAY ABOVE 3000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions,
  including the evening commute tonight and the morning commute on
  Wednesday. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with
  local mountain accumulations 6 to 8 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Osburn, Wallace, Mullan, Dobson Pass, and Lookout Pass.

* WHEN...4 PM today to 7 AM Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will fall at elevations down to 2500
  ft, but accumulations are expected to be light, 1-2 inches. The
  biggest impact will be from east of Wallace along I90 up to
  Lookout Pass where 4 to 6 inches of snow is expected. Be
  prepared for reduced visibilities and impacts on area roads.
