NOAA is tracking a windy storm that is forecast to impact California on Thursday.  6-12″ of snow and powerful winds are forecast with this storm.

As it appears right now, this storm will come in on Thursday, slam Tahoe, then bail on Friday.

INCHES ELSEWHERE EXCEPT LOWER VALLEY FLOORS WHERE A MIX OF RAIN

  • Central Sierra (Tahoe) = 70% of average to date
  • Southern Sierra (Mammoth) = 78% of average to date
