The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning and Winter Weather Advisory for Wyoming. They’re in effect until 12:00am tonight. A strong cold front is forecasted to move through the state today, so snow levels are expected to drop. Along with that, high winds are forecasted to impact the area ahead of and behind the cold front.

...Snow continuing over northern and western Wyoming today...

.A strong cold front will make its way through the state today,
bringing another round of moderate to heavy snow to portions of
northern and western Wyoming. High winds of 35 mph in the valley
and up to 55 mph in the mountains will also occur ahead and behind
the cold front.

Yellowstone National Park-Absaroka Mountains-
Teton and Gros Ventre Mountains-
Including the cities of Lake, Mammoth, and Old Faithful

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches,
  with localized amounts up to 18 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Yellowstone National Park, Absaroka Mountains and
  Teton and Gros Ventre Mountains.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
  including during the morning commute. Expect significant
  reductions in visibility at times, along with strong winds up
  to 55 mph over Teton Pass.
