NOAA: Winter Weather Advisory Issued In Colorado | 5-10+” Of Snow Tonight – Saturday

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Colorado. It’s in effect from Thursday evening – mid-morning on Saturday. Moderate snowfall is forecasted to impact the area throughout this time.

Colorado:

  • 5-10+” of Snow Tonight – Saturday

“Active pattern through the weekend with continued snow for the mountains and a chance for some precipitation on the plains Friday and Sunday. Temperatures will gradually get colder through the weekend.”

Snow levels are forecasted to start out around 6,000ft and fall below 4,000ft by the end of the storm.

The 6-10 day outlook calls for above average precipitation and below average temperatures in Colorado.
