The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Grand Targhee & Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, WY. It’s in effect from 5:00am Friday Morning – 5:00am Saturday Morning. Periods of significant snowfall are forecasted to impact the area.

Snow is forecasted to fall in the mountains and valleys, but precipitation that falls at lower elevations is expected to be mixed.

...PERIODS OF SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL EXPECTED FOR THE WESTERN
WYOMING MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS THIS WEEKEND...

.Northwest flow aloft and and a few embedded disturbances moving
through this flow will make for an extended period of light to
moderate snowfall. Light snowfall will slowly increase across
western Wyoming tonight with areas of moderate snowfall possible
sunrise Friday, continuing through Friday night before tapering
off Saturday morning.

Teton and Gros Ventre Mountains-

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM FRIDAY TO 5 AM MST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected in the mountains. Plan on
  slippery or snow packed road conditions, especially over the
  passes, including during the morning commute on Friday. In
  addition, areas of poor visibility are expected. Total snow
  accumulations between Friday morning and Saturday morning of 5
  to 12 inches, with localized amounts up to 14 inches, are
  expected.

* WHERE...Teton and Gros Ventre Mountains.

* WHEN...5 AM Friday to 5 AM Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting from 30 to 50 mph will cause
  areas of blowing and drifting snow.
