Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, BC received 13+” (34cm) of snow overnight. This is a great kick-starter for the season and means that the resort has received 20″ (50cm) of snow in the past 48 hours. It’s still snowing too, so look for those snow totals to increase throughout the day.

Kicking Horse could receive up to 9cm of additional snowfall throughout the day today and into tomorrow. After that, it’s cold temperatures and relatively low winds. This should help preserve their current snowpack.
