Face mask on, negative COVID test in hand — I flew from Salt Lake City to Seattle and then to Anchorage, Alaska today.
The Seattle to Anchorage leg of the journey could have been the most mind-boggling flight I’ve ever taken.
I was staring out the window taking pictures for a solid two-and-a-half hours, looking at some INTENSE mountains.
From BC north, the mountains just kept getting bigger, snowier—gnarlier.
When I flew into Alaska, it was like I was flying into a snowy-mountain planet completely unique to the earth I’ve known so far.
Apparently, I was incredibly lucky to see the mountains as clearly as I have today—they’re usually covered in thick clouds.
I’m just going to let the pictures speak for themselves now.
Enjoy!
