Mammoth Mountain, California, is set up for a great weekend after it received an additional 9-20โ of new snow overnight, bringing the storm total to 18″ at Main Lodge and up to 32โ at the summit.
Forecasts are calling for the storm to clear out today, with clear sunny skies in the forecast this weekend before another storm is expected to move in sometime next week.
The resort has seen 135″ of fresh snow this winter and has a 98″ base.ย Mammoth had a fantastic start to the season, recording 62″ of snow in November, its snowiest November in a decade.
