[PHOTOS] Montana Ski Areas Get Slammed with up to 29″ of Snow

It’s not over until the fat lady sings! And she’s still singing Christmas carols in Montana.

As of last Friday, March 13, Montana resorts reported up to 29 inches of snowfall with the latest storm. Storm totals ranged from: 

• Lost Trail Ski Area: 29” over the last 48 hours, 40” this week
• Teton Pass Ski Area: 24” over the last 48 hours
• Maverick Mountain: 16” over the last 48 hours
• Great Divide: 12” over the last 24 hours
• Blacktail Mountain: 7” over the last 24 hours
• Whitefish Mountain Resort: 8” over the last 24 hours
• Montana Snowbowl: 10” over the last 48 hours
• Discovery Ski Area: 6” over the last 24 hours

Winter may be drawing nearer to a close as spring slithers in—but it’s not leaving without a fight.
