Saturday, April 10, 2021. 2 Spectators were injured at Seven Springs Resort, located in Western Pennsylvania, while attending the annual pond skim event.
The last skier for the pond skim event apparently lost control, broke through a fence, and hit the 2 spectators. Ski Patrol immediately responded to the injuries, and the two spectators were taken to a local hospital. The names and condition of the spectators injured were not given.
In a statement, resort officials said, “Our entire Seven Springs family extends our thoughts, prayers, and support to all those involved.”
