Squaw Valley ski resort in California is still open and still fun. Â
Hiking up the Palisades and skiing Main Chute was spicy yesterday. Â North Bowl was great, as per usual.
For just banging out laps and having fun, Shirley Lake was great. Â I had to leave at 11am yesterday and I was bummed. Â Shirley was still really fun.
Granite Chief is closed for the season.
Yesterday Squaw had Gold Coast, Big Blue, Siberia (and the Reverse Traverse), Shirley, Bailey’s Beach, Mountain Meadow, the Funitel, and the Tram open.
Squaw closes on May 30th.
