So this is what it looks like from the point of view of ‘The Mayor of Stomptown’. The run definitely looks way faster from his angle than from the telephoto lens of the media halfway across the valley. Reine won the event with this run, scoring a 93.25.
Watch closely, at 0:40, Reine pulls it together after crossing his tips in crusty snow! Talk about close calls, this winning run almost got totally de-railed. All in all, super impressive run, no hesitations on any airs and no backslaps!
