SEABA, one of Alaska’s longest-running heli-ski operators, is making a bucket-list trip more attainable for the people who build, design, and fuel the snowsports world. This week, the company announced “Industry Access,” a new program offering preferred pricing on its all-inclusive, seven-day heli-ski experiences exclusively for outdoor and snow industry professionals.
The application process is intentionally simple and open now at seaba-heli.com/pro.
For more than 23 years, SEABA has cultivated a reputation for small-group heli-skiing on some of the most aesthetic coastal terrain in the world. Operating out of Haines, Alaska, the team specializes in accessible yet high-impact experiences for strong intermediate to advanced skiers and riders. Its tenure spans more than 250 nautical miles of mountains stretching from Southeast Alaska to the BC/Yukon border—terrain that has shaped countless films, product innovations, and athlete careers.
With Industry Access, SEABA is creating what may be the first dedicated pro-pricing platform for multi-day heli-ski travel.
“The outdoor community fuels everything we do,” Nick Trimble said in a press release, SEABA Founder, Co-Owner, and Head of Operations. “This program opens the door for the people who build this industry day in and day out—from product designers and photographers to shop staff and ski-area teams. Alaska changes you. We want more of our industry family to feel that connection.”
Who Qualifies for SEABA Industry Access
The program is open to a wide range of professionals shaping the outdoor world, including:
-
Employees at outdoor and snow brands (product, marketing, sales, design, athlete teams)
-
Photographers, videographers, writers, and creative freelancers
-
Retail and specialty shop employees
-
Guides and instructors at resorts, cat/heli ops, or backcountry programs
-
Independent contractors working with outdoor industry clients
Applicants simply provide proof of employment or industry involvement to unlock preferred weeklong packages, shoulder-season opportunities, and limited-capacity industry sessions.
A True All-Inclusive Alaska Experience
Once guests arrive in Juneau, SEABA handles every detail. The operation runs with a 4:1 guest-to-guide ratio, and its guides carry deep Alaska snowpack experience and avalanche qualifications. Weeks are customized around conditions, safety considerations, and guest goals. The company’s long-established safety culture has earned respect across Alaska’s notoriously complex heli terrain.
Trimble says the new program is ideal for teams seeking to connect, prototype, or capture content—but it’s equally suited for solo professionals needing space to reset and ride in one of the most breathtaking environments on earth.
“It’s a perfect way for teams to bond, shoot, dream, or recharge,” Trimble added. “We’re thrilled to finally offer something built specifically for the people who make this industry move.”
