It’s snowing at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The return of natural snow and cold temperatures has provided a great opportunity for the resort’s snowmaking team to train and prep for the season. While this cold snap won’t last long enough to build a base for opening, it’s a promising sign of what’s ahead. On Monday, the resort’s snowmaking team fired up the guns for the first time this season for testing and training, making sure we are ready to roll when the temps stay cold and weather permits. Last year, Seven Springs opened on December 6.
