SilverStar Mountain: 3,304 Acres Now Included on the Ikon Pass
Score your 2026-27 Ikon Pass now at its current low spring rates–prices go up and promos end after April 16. Winter 2026-27 brings additional Peak Perks, new Renewal Rewards, and now a dozen of Canada’s best destinations with the addition of SilverStar Mountain in British Columbia.
New for 2026-27, SilverStar Mountain, one of British Columbia’s largest winter destinations, joins the Ikon Pass community with 3,304 acres of terrain, 2,460 feet (760 meters) of vertical, and 133 runs for all levels of skiers and riders, from beginner to expert. Set high in the Okanagan Valley, SilverStar delivers a mountain experience defined by contrast. Flowing groomers and playful frontside terrain give way to steep chutes and backside double-blacks, creating a rhythm that builds confidence, then tests it. With 100% natural snowfall, a ski-in, ski-out village, and a layout designed for easy laps, SilverStar pairs progression with terrain that keeps things interesting from first run to last.
“British Columbia is home to some of Canada’s best mountain experiences in the world, and Ikon Pass holders now get access to SilverStar Mountain, alongside Revelstoke, SkiBig3, Cypress Mountain, RED Mountain, Panorama and Sun Peaks Resort. We are thrilled to expand our access in Canada for Ikon Pass holders and welcome SilverStar to the Ikon Pass community for the 26/27 winter season,” Matt Bowers, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Alterra Mountain Company said.
For the 2026-27 season, Ikon Pass holders will have seven-day access to SilverStar Mountain with no blackout dates, and Ikon Base Pass holders will have five-day access with select blackout dates. SilverStar Mountain is also available on the Ikon Session Pass.
“SilverStar Mountain is thrilled to welcome Ikon Pass holders to discover the Okanagan region of British Columbia, where they’ll find uncrowded slopes, exceptional terrain, and the legendary snow we’re known for,” Herwig Demschar, General Manager of SilverStar Mountain said.
Ikon Pass holders may also enjoy access to a new Bonus Mountain, Giants Ridge in Minnesota in 2026-27, and new Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass holders may buy now and take advantage of free immediate spring skiing at up to 13 mountains.
