Rob Enigl is a big mountain monoskier from Bozeman, Montana. Always an avid skier and snowboarder, a car accident that damaged his spinal column didn’t stop him shredding, it just forced him into a sit-ski.
This film is about the mental and physical role that monoskiing plays in Rob’s life, culminating in a run down the Big Couloir in Big Sky, a bucket list item turned reality.
“I find that doing the steeper, bigger, and crazy lines that are out there for mono-skiers is great because it opens people’s eyes,” Enigl says. “If you ever do get disabled, your life doesn’t suck.”
