There are adaptive athletes who inspire you with their determination and spirit, and then there’s sit skier Trevor Kennison.
Over the past two seasons, he’s taken sit skiing in parks and big mountain terrain to places that give plenty of able-bodied skiers pause, and he’s doing it with a level of joy and enthusiasm that’s recognizable to skiers of any ability level.
POWDER spent a few days with Kennison last winter, tearing around his home mountain of Winter Park, CO to learn more about what makes him tick.
