Snow King Mountain, WY Announces First Annual Oktoberfest and Locals Appreciation Weekend

Snow King Mountain Resort will celebrate the end of their 80th birthday summer season on September 13th, 14th, and 15th. The weekend will kick off with an Oktoberfest celebration at the Rafferty Center on September 13th from 5 to 8 pm featuring Aaron Davis and the Mystery Machine, craft beer from Roadhouse, Snake River, Upslope, Stillwest, Black Tooth, Lander, Grand Teton, and Melvin breweries.

$25 gets you 4 beer/food tokens, an 80th Anniversary Pint Glass, and one ride on the Cowboy Coaster. Party-goers who buy online at snowkingmountain.com up to 24 hours in advance will get an extra token.

Friday through Sunday, September 13 – 15 is Locals Appreciation weekend with “Buy One Get One Free” (BOGO) on all activities. This is a great opportunity to come celebrate the end of summer with the family and take advantage of some big savings.  Big King Passes or spot on the Treetop Adventure can be reserved online for this weekend only using the code BOGO19.

Following the 15th of September, activities are open on a more limited schedule with the Summit Scenic Lift, miniature golf, and maze open daily from 10am-5pm.  The Cowboy Coaster and Treetop Adventure will be open weekends through the end of September. September 15th is the cut off for early season pricing on Winter Season Passes and Uphill Passes. Local Kid’s Season-long Ski and Snowboard Programs purchased by September 15 include a FREE season pass upgrade for participants. Passes and Program registration will be available on-site during Octoberfest and Local Appreciation Weekend.
