SCOTT USA is proud to announce a new multi-year partnership with Snowbasin Resort, the No. 1 ranked ski resort in North America, naming the brand its official helmet and eyewear partner. The collaboration brings SCOTT’s industry-leading goggles, sunglasses, and helmets to Snowbasin’s winter and summer operations, reinforcing a commitment to elevating safety, performance, and guest experience across all seasons.
Through the partnership, SCOTT will offer exclusive helmet and eyewear benefits to the Snowbasin community, including special pricing for employees and season pass holders. This collaboration gives Snowbasin’s most dedicated skiers, riders, and staff access to SCOTT’s industry-leading products year-round.
In addition to elevating the guest experience on snow, the partnership marks an exciting milestone for Snowbasin’s summer recreation. Beginning summer 2026, the resort will begin construction of a new, lift-serve bike park “Powered by SCOTT.” Located off the Littlecat Express, the park will feature beginner-friendly trails that weave through mellow terrain with dirt berms and wooden skill features, alongside intermediate and advanced flow trails offering multiple berms, tabletops, and wooden features scattered throughout. The bike park will open with four to five trails and room to expand in future seasons. Exclusive SCOTT bike rentals will be available starting in 2027 at the Grizzly Center.
This collaboration reflects a natural connection between two mountain-focused organizations with deep roots in Northern Utah. With SCOTT USA’s headquarters just down the road in Ogden, and Snowbasin serving as a premier year-round destination for mountain sports, the partnership underscores a shared commitment to community, innovation, and athlete-driven design.
“SCOTT is a brand we trust with gear we trust, and as a 4-season brand, it makes sense to bring great gear to our guests all year round,” Davy Ratchford said, General Manager at Snowbasin Resort. “It’s also a hometown partnership in the truest sense. With our mountains and their headquarters just miles apart, the connection is both strategic and deeply personal.”
“Partnering with Snowbasin is an exciting and authentic step for SCOTT,” Hap Seliga said, CEO of SCOTT USA. “This mountain is part of our local culture and a place where many of our employees, athletes, and customers ride year-round. We’re thrilled to bring our helmet and eyewear expertise to a resort that shares our passion for performance and innovation.”
