Snowbird ski resort in Utah reported 5″ of new snow this morning.
They’d also gotten some new snow yesterday throughout the day.
The snow was buttery, smooth, and fantastic to ski.
Luckily, I was guided around the mountain with the major of Snowbird, Daryn.
He guided us from powder stash to powder stash all day.
We were a Californian, a Kiwi, 2 Aussies, and the major.
Non-stop smiles today.
Daryn was pumped to show us around the guy has entirely too much energy.
He was smiling and laughing and charging and pointing us around all day.
I finally had to pull the plug due to exhaustion at 3pm and this crew went up the tram for at least one more.
Gadzoom was great and the tram, of course, was terrific.
My favorite run was High Baldy.
That zone is unreal.
Tram laps are for real.
Tram laps are long.
Tram laps are legit.
This place will make you good at skiing and riding.
Snowbird has seen 473″ of snow this season so far and more snow is on the way.
