Brandon Skinner, Cody Townsend, and Travis Ganong got a private-special permission escort to go skiing at Squaw Valley, CA today.ย They got faceshots and base shots and had a blast in the 12″ of new snow that has fallen at Squaw in the past 48 hours.
The photos are fun and fantastic.ย Thanks for permission us put them up here, Brandon.
Squaw Valley is scheduled to open on November 25th.

Great way to promote dangerous skiing and lame ass marketing! Really? It’s like no one has ever seen snow before…oh yeah that’s right it never snows at Tahoe. Wax your boards, grab your gear, rev the stoke BUT be patient and don’t end your season on 12″ of nothing.
Mgmt won’t give locals access squaw apline etc, but for marketing purposes ok for celeb skiers. Such double bs standards.
Also have to question TGanong, world class athlete, risking injury for some early season
turns, hmmm, not the smartest decision perhaps, what could possibly go wrong?
Fix the photo credits in the captions. It’s Squaw Valley AND Alpine Meadows, They are not one and the same, despite what the marketing department wants us to believe.
