Sugar Bowl Resort, CA Announces That It Will Close For The Season On April 15th, 2018

Yesterday, Sugar Bowl Resort, CA announced that it will close for the 2017-18 season on Sunday, April 15th, 2018. As of Today, the resort has received 320″ of snowfall on the season. It was one to remember, as Miracle March made for some epic days on the mountain.

It’s official, Sunday, April 15 will be the last day of the 2017/18 season at Sugar Bowl and Royal Gorge. Come on out and get your last turns of the season in with a little new snow, sunshine, and live music on the Judah Lodge patio both Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
We want to thank all our loyal followers for hanging in there with us through the slow start to the season. And thank goodness for Miracle March, without all that March powder the season would surely have qualified as a dud!
So take these last four days to wax and lather-up for a final celebration of the 2017/18 season at Sugar Bowl and Royal Gorge.
