Last Saturday, was a powder day at Mammoth, CA. We watched it snow heavily on the mountain Friday evening on the webcams and knew that Saturday was going to be special. Before bed, we saw about 4″ of new snow on the patio furniture at mid-mountain. We got to Mammoth early on Saturday and grabbed first chair on Chair 23rd. We weren’t disappointed.
