NOAA’s North American Forecast for May 2014: NOAA recently released their long range temperature and precipitation forecasts for the month of May, 2014 in North America. The temperature forecast they’ve created is showing above average temperatures in much of the USA’s western ski country. Which is fine. If it’s going to be spring skiing, it might as well be warm and nice out. Although, in some places this could lead to it not freezing at night, which is key to proper corn formation.
