Tahoe Got Snow! | Lake Tahoe Snowfall Photo Tour Lake Tahoe got hit with late season snowfall last night and it’s still snowing right now. No ski resorts are open, everyone is over skiing, and the place is plastered in snow. Accumulations weren’t huge – about 3-5 inches – but snow levels were low and the entire basin got a dousing. We’re hoping a few of the Tahoe backcountry nuts will be out there skiing this week and will share some fun photos. In a way, this snowfall is almost a slap in the face. Lake Tahoe Ski Resort Snow Totals This Morning: Up to 8″ of Snow Tahoe got a late season storm that is a bit late as at this point, most of the ski resorts in Lake Tahoe are closed. But the five of the big ski resorts are still open and they got decent amounts of snow. Another 6-24″ inches of snow if forecast for Tahoe Tuesday – Wednesday. Too little too late?
