Got up high in the Lake Tahoe, CA backcountry today.

Found a fun chute.

Tried to ski it fast.

Worked great until one of my ski tails hit a rock, crossed me up, and sent me inverted for a bit…

No bueno.

Luckily, the chute wasn’t too steep so there was no penalty.

Today was a beautiful day in the Tahoe backcountry.
