Olympic Valley, Calif. [April 21, 2026]— Tahoe Truckee Earth Day, one of the largest and most beloved Earth Day celebrations in the region, returns to The Village at Palisades Tahoe on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This free, family-friendly event brings together local nonprofits, businesses, and community members for a day of education, inspiration, and environmental action.

Presented by the Tahoe Earth Day Foundation, the event highlights the collective passion and dedication of volunteers and organizations working to promote sustainable living in the Tahoe Truckee region. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore interactive booths, connect with local eco-friendly vendors, and learn about practical ways to reduce their environmental impact—from recycling and composting to renewable energy and innovative green products.

This Earth Day, support SWEP (Sierra Watershed Education Partnerships) by buying raffle tickets, and celebrate our 30 years of promoting stewardship in the region. The raffle ticket proceeds will go directly to helping SWEP connect students to the environment and local community environmental issues.

In addition to educational exhibits, the event will feature a full lineup of entertainment and programming, including educational talks, Trashion Show, and live music performances.
