Tamarack Resort, Idaho, announced its launch of Aspen Townhomes this week.

60 new mountain modern homes will be located inside of a gated community just 90 miles north of Boise, Idaho.

Tamarack is currently in Phase 1 of sales, with the first residences available being 16 townhomes ranging from 1,975 to 2,255 square feet with two to four bedrooms. The townhomes will start at $1.5 million.

The residences, built by Alturas Homes, feature an open living concept, with large glass windows and will have views of both the surrounding mountains and Lake Cascade.

Altura Homes is locally based in Boise, and is currently building two other communities at Tamarack. Osprey Meadows Estates and Ponderosa Ridge Village are neighboring communities that offer custom floor plans. Altura Homes anticipates the completion of Aspen Townhomes by summer 2026.

Among other amenities, Aspen Townhomes sit adjacent to 100 new boat slips on Lake Cascade and are a stone’s throw away from Alpine Village ski lifts. For those looking to have direct access to a multi-sport property, it doesn’t get better than this.

Tamarack Resort has over 1,400 acres of skiable terrain and receives an average of 300 inches of annual snowfall. The mountain’s total vertical drop is just over 2,800 vertical feet and has 57 named runs. Skiers can enjoy a variety of terrain including sidecountry opportunities just beyond the resort’s boundaries through designated gates.

Aspen Townhome residents are also eligible for a membership at The Club at Tamarack. Private dining options, a fitness center, and yearly ski passes are among the many benefits of having a membership.
