TGR Wins “Eye of the Condor” Photo Competition in La Parva, Chile | VIDEO

TGR has won the “Eye of the Condor” photography competition in La Parva, Chile.  They had tough conditions right until the last day when the got some snow and visibility.

Despite tough conditions, these guys threw down and got some great photos in the process.
