According to ZRankings, these are the top 10 resorts in North America for the 2017/18 ski season. The ranking is based on the Pure Awesomeness Factor, which takes a resort’s terrain, snow profile, town ambience, ease of travel, lodging base, acreage, continuous vertical, and personal experiences into account and computes a ranking. It may sound like a bogus name for an algorithm, but from what we see, it’s pretty spot-on.
