Californian Resorts Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Northstar Just Announced Season Extensions

Californian Epic resorts Kirkwood, Heavenly Mountain, and Northstar just announced that they are extending their seasons. Conditions are all-time right now, resorts are smashing snowfall records left, right, and center, and the snow shows no sign of letting up. All three resorts are extending their seasons by a full week.

Thanks to incredible snowfall totals and the hard work of our mountain operations teams, we’re thrilled to announce plans to extend the 2018-19 ski and snowboard season alongside Heavenly Mountain and Northstar California Resort, weather and conditions permitting. Kirkwood plans to extend the season through April 14 with a bonus 3-day-weekend April 19-21.

• Kirkwood will remain open through April 14th (with a bonus 3-day weekend April 19-21)
• Northstar will remain open through April 21st
• Heavenly will remain open through April 28th (with a bonus 3-day weekend May 3-5)

After some spectacular riding in recent weeks, it looks like we’ll still be shredding way in to the spring, and even the summer at some resorts.
