Built in 2014 and sold for $40 million in 2023, this Whistler mansion set a record for the highest home price sale in the history of the resort. Located more specifically in the Stoneridge development, the estate was originally listed at $32 million but the adjacent lot was purchased for an additional $8 million, bringing the total to an even $40 million. This 8,700-square-foot home sits on a seven-acre lot with a terrific view of Alta Lake and Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. It has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and features a 25-meter pool, three fireplaces, a grotto spa, and a wine cellar.
