Spring is officially upon us, winter is over, and the resorts below received the most snow in North America. All these resorts have surpassed 400″ for the season, five have more than 500″, and one of the snowiest resorts has surpassed 700″. There is even an East Coast resort in the top nine, ahead of all Colorado, California, and most western resorts.

A mixed winter has defined North America’s 2024-25 ski season, with a string of powerful storms blanketing the continentโ€™s top resorts in deep snow. The numbers tell a story of remarkable snowfall, driven largely by a persistent La Niรฑa pattern that favored northern and western regions with frequent, moisture-laden systems. Resorts from Alaska to the Pacific Northwest, and as far east as Vermont, have reported totals that rival some of their best seasons on record, keeping slopes open well into April and even May for several destinations

Barring any last-minute dumps, these were the snowiest ski resorts of this winter:
