The total number of Coronavirus cases worldwide just passed 1 million today, April 2nd, 2020.
We’ve found that the John Hopkins Coronavirus website is the best way to keep track of Coronavirus cases especially since they have a breakdown of how many cases exist per county in the USA.
We recommend not skiing nor riding during the Coronavirus, but if you must ski & ride, please follow these guidelines:
Just about every ski resort on Earth is currently closed.
Know How Coronavirus Spreads:
- The virus is thought to spread mainly between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet) through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. – CDC, 3/25/20
- It also may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads. – CDC, 3/25/20
