Utah got its first significant snowfall of the season this week after a winter storm system moved through the state.

Much of Utah got snow with a few ski areas seeing upwards of two feet.

And there’s more coming later this week…

Is this Powtober?

Here are the current snowfall totals at Utah ski areas, according to the National Weather Service:

  1. Alta: 26″
  2. Snowbird: 25″
  3. Solitude: 20″
  4. Brianhead: 17″
  5. Deer Valley: 12″
  6. Snowbasin: 6″

Although many other resorts in Utah have received significant snowfall from the latest storm, these are the only ski areas that have measured snow totals at this time.
