The extended season means more time on mountain and the snow. It is a way of saying thank you to pass holders and guests for their continued support, for following safety protocols and showing personal responsibility during this unprecedented season, and for helping us open and stay open. The revised closing dates are as follows:

Also, the Colorado resorts may stay open longer than today’s announced extensions should conditions permit, and of course, terrain offerings for the extended season are subject to change at any time. Breckenridge Ski Resort will maintain its season plan to operate through Memorial Day, with a projected closing date of May 31, 2021, as will Crested Butte Mountain Resort, with a closing date of April 4, 2021.

In Tahoe, Heavenly plans to operate beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain accessed by the Heavenly Tram, Gunbarrel Express, Patsy’s, Powderbowl Express, Sky Express, Heavenly Gondola, Tamarack Express, and Dipper Express. Heavenly’s California Lodge and Heavenly Village will be the two open base areas. Northstar will continue to offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced terrain off the Big Springs Gondola, Vista Express, Arrow Express, Comstock Express, and the Backside Express chairlifts during their extended season. Both base areas at Kirkwood, the Village and Timber Creek, will provide access to beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain during Kirkwood’s extended season. The rental shops at Timber Creek and the Village will be open.

More information and details will be shared about specific terrain and operations closer to the extended season’s start. The most up-to-date information on terrain can be found through the EpicMix app.
