This session focuses on getting energized with a full-body, dynamic warm-up!
Whether you’re using it before heading up the hill for a day riding, or simply as a great way to start your morning, use this 20 minute session to move your body and feel awesome!
**Only move to your physical edge, not beyond it. If at any time you feel any pain, or that you may incur injury if you continue, back off, or escape the pose entirely. If you have any previous injuries please check in with your doctor/physio before beginning a new Yoga class.**
Very tasty. Probably not for folks on a glute free diet.
