It was too cold and snowy to film this yoga class outside, but this class was filmed in Crested Butte, CO in the middle of a long ski weekend.
Whether you are a skier or not, you can enjoy this powerful yoga flow class designed to build strength and steadiness in the legs with loads of lunges, calf raises, squats, chairs – (lots of chairs!), and balance transitions. Your legs will get worked!
Build some heat with Sun Salutations, and core strength with planks, twists, boats, rolling boats, and more. Deep stretches include pigeon, seated head to knee, and forward fold. Some bridges and twists round out the practice before savasana.
Please note, I missed tree pose on both sides, so please practice right and left side tree while holding tree.
