Colorado

Colorado got some fresh powder! Winter Park received about a foot of new snow, with other areas in the Front Range and Continental Divide seeing 4-12 inches. The snowcat is out at Breckenridge, which got around 7 inches, making for a great powder day.

Pacific Northwest

The weather pattern is shifting towards the Pacific Northwest. A conveyor belt of moisture is heading towards Washington, British Columbia, and parts of Idaho and Montana, promising significant precipitation over the next 5-7 days. Be aware of potential rain-snow lines, especially at lower elevations.

Tetons

Get ready for heavy snow in the Tetons. A break in the weather pattern around February 23rd-25th will bring over a foot of new snow to Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee.

Utah

Enjoy the clear skies and recent snowfall in Utah. Alta and Snowbird are experiencing dry conditions with excellent visibility after the recent storm.

Wyoming

Snow is coming to Wyoming around the 23rd to the 25th.ย Expect increasing winds and, eventually, colder temperatures.

Long-Term Outlook

The long-term forecast shows high pressure building across the West. A potential storm system might develop in the Midwest and Northeast towards the end of the month.
